John began his career in music
as child prodigy, learning all his music by ear. his father, a talented
guitarist gave John his first Fender, a
67 Mustang, and an old strat. His first exposure to playing in
public came in a "talent festival for DeWittt Middle school,
in Arkansas. He has gone on to play in many a festival and brought
home the "best of show". John owes much of this career to
Mr. Stocker, his music teacher, who taught him the way to learn on
the run. The music of Vanhalen, and Ozzy Osborne are his favorite
to play. |
